This is a great functional MID CENTURY Danish Modern style Chess Pieces Set.

These chess pieces were designed and made in 1960 by Herman Ohme in California. The pieces were originally made in plastic, all sleek and minimalist, and are weighted and felted.

Chessncrafts reproduction of the same set is one of the most loved minimalist set made of fine Dark brown grain Golden Rosewood with the lighter side being made of Boxwood.
